WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE COUNTRY

No response from telkom regarding the canellation of my LTE I have sent a cancellation request on the 27th of May - got a reference number and then later it was apparently resolved with no phone call or email to say that my line has now been cancelled - AND IT WAS NOT - Now I have to pay R899 for another month for something that I am not even using!!!!

I logged another cancellation request with Telkom and yet again, got a reference number and that request has been closed but nothing has happened!!!

I need help to get my LTE cancelled ASAP I have the reference numbers and the dates wheb I did the requests!
