WORST!!! service provider in South Africa

I have done an online application for 15Gb R199 deal. After doing the application they gave me a reverence number, but closed my web browser. Never mailed it to me. Three days after the application i sent a mail to Telkom mobile find out what is happening. Five days after I still have not heard anything. Absolutely useless... Frustrating
