Telkom is the slowest service provider in South Africa. If you have the option of taking out a contract or anything else through another service provider, by all means, do so. Telkom will not meet your demands and they do not offer a decent level of customer service. If it's not that, then their services will be down for as long as they choose to leave the issue for. A sense of urgency does not exist with Telkom.
