Worst Service Provider In SA

I made a report about Telkom having no stock in the last week on Hellopeter and no one from Telkom contacted me. I just went back to the store today and the sale rep Zaheer said they now need to do a ****** credit check. I app**** for the phone in September and my contract was approved and now this? The sales reps at the Phoenix branch are rude, unhelpful and lazy,especially Zaheer. They keep giving one excuse after the other. Telkom really needs to get their stuff together. Worst service provider around and would not recommend to anyone.
