Worst Service Provider in SA

<p>When you call them you have to wait 25 min+ before you are helped. I did not receive good service from customer care. I have to wait 13 days for them to open my land line on there side. Everything is set at my home, they just need to activate. It is so frustrating to receive such bad service from telkom and the worst is I have no choice but to use them because they are the only land telecommunications company in SA. Otherwise I would have never used them. Please get your customer service better!!!!!</p>
