WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN AFRICA

Please believe me if i could rate a minus I would. As soon as I leave work I'm walking straight into MTN or Vodacom, Telkom is by far the worst service provider. There are constantly issues with recharging or network. For example today 03/08/2018 the network has been down from 10am till now, not even a courtesy SMS sent to customers to explain, you try phone 180 the call gets "ended", you eventually given the option to hold after calling 081 180 and wait for 30 odd minutes at a time. Literally as I'm typing this review im stiiilll holding. This time round its 24min 40 secs and counting. I have even resorted to calling a store where you get an employee with attitude. Honestly will never ever ever work with this network again, I dont care how cheap they are, customer service and service over weighs the prices. THE WORST NETWORK EVER!
