Worst service provider imaginable

Do not confuse my 0 star rating with a 1 star. You people have reached an unprecedented level of useless and ***********. I got charged 200 for a bounced debit order despite having had paid with an EFT. While in the process of trying to get someone to help me, for over a month, I could not get help over the phone or email, the same thing happened. I paid 2000 I to my account on the 24th of November and today they make an attempt of a debit order resulting in fees from my bank and probably another 200 charge from them yet again. I haven't even been able to get help disputing the first 200 yet and I'm going in to cancel my contract. The reception is bad, the service is bad and now we have random charges!
