Worst service provider experience

I had the worst experience. Fortunately the Telkom staff were friendly and eager to assist however they did not have access to the necessary system to help me. We called customer care numerous times and they too failed to assist. After months of up and downs, numerous unfruitful communication and money lost. I can finally say I’m done with this company and I would highly discourage my friends/family from using their service. The level of unprofessionalism was appalling. In my opinion Telkom is a **** dressed in fancy Blue. They also sell customer details to ********** Law Firms(VVM).
