Worst Service provider Ever!!!!!! Telkom...

Good day.<br> I just want to start off by saying Telkom is with no doubt the worst service provider i ever came across.<br> telkom already sent out 3 technician to test my line and still the same problem.<br> it took me almost 4 hours to determine what exactly the problem is.after a stressful 2 weeks <br> i determined that my line is connecting at 5 mb instead of 4mb.after every 20 minutes my line drop <br> and need to restart the router.i phoned telkom more then 100 times with ref no:242CTK020316<br> explaining to them that there is no need to send out a tech just fix the problem at the exchange server.<br> yesterday a telkom tech pitched and after 3 hours phoned me and told me exactly what all the other tech's told me.please help my business is depending on Telkom we have more then 50 accounts costing us a fortune i think it is only fair to get proper service.
