Worst service provider ever stay away

Worst service ever after the call you to buy a package but you first check the coverage for your self you go to the Telkom shop in hartbee****rt ask the to check you address for lte coverage and get shown your home is in full coverage are for 4g 5g lte and all you go home check for your self on the website to find full coverage the call the Telkom customer service to also be told they see you are in a gr8 coverage area gr8 job now you buy it on the 3rd of the month only to pay almost 1000 rand for the 1 terabyte lte package insert the sim to find 0.5mbps k call them they give you a full run around to do but it doesn't work call them back they log a ticket for you on the 3rd still at the 5th no call no reply call back ask for manager help when no help ask for refund sorry they just drop your call I have the call recording s after more then 20 calls you get a manager but still to be told you must wait for a teck to call you as all 3 towers in my area is now offline and faulty but on web site shop and call center you are in a gr8 area I have just over 50 employees standing not able to work if I tell them here is the call recording to Telkom and the manager telling me to tell them it's not my fault or Telkoms but just no signal in the area where they show and tell you you are covered what is going to happen the first tower is just over 400m from my location the second is 700m and 3 also in eye shot at 800m + plus the shop it self is 6km from me what do you think 50 men are going to do if they can't work as we work from online calls as we can't get jobs the can't get pay I am just wondering what is going to happen if I tell them that tower there and there is stopping you for getting money what will happen to the Telkom tower and shop we know how sa is in this days I will play my team's the calls on the 7th if we don't get help or refund let's see what happens
