Worst service provider ever!!!

Telkom is the worst service provider ever!!! Every month my service gets suspended because of sudden outstanding fees yet there is a debit order that goes off every month. There is not a damn month that I don't phone in complaining about the same thing. Your agents are *********** and clearly don't know what they are doing because there is always a different story. Yesterday was the last straw!!! You suspended my account because there is no payment, yet payment is set to go off end of November make it make sense man Telkom, your service is pathetic, and you guys have no customer service skills.
