Worst Service Provider Ever

Telkom Store Key West Shopping Centre And Telkom as a service provider is purely useless and poor customer service in general, I've been to the Telkom store 3 times this week to get Sim Swap done after the Telkom self service system failed I've wasted fuel and time doing ups and downs while the number is linked to all my things and cannot do anything

The employees at the store are rude and arrogant and have disgusting people skills 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Once I sort my Sim swap done I'm sure to port my number to a better service provider
