Worst service provider ever

LTE network has been very bad for 3 weeks now. My neighbour phoned 2 weeks ago and they informed him that the towers were down and it will be resolved after 72 hours. A week later my wife phoned and they said 72 hours again. Why are we paying for a service that we are not receiving. My children have research to do and all my daughters books are online. How can all the towers be off in my area but they don’t do anything about it.
