WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!

I have been struggling with Telkom to debit my account on the agreed date!!! They keep on telling me my account is in arrears but they don't debit. I spoke to an arrogant agent yesterday Happiness Khanyile who said her team leader Nokuthula will contact me COB yesterday..... I'm still waiting.... I tried calling 5 times this morning and still no one can assist me. Now they are billing me for September and October but the month just started. How messed up is that!!!

They are so quick to bad list you at the credit bureau when you default but if you making regular payments then they show no interest in their customers....
