worst service provider ever - 6 months problem

<p>6 months ongoing problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>paying R799 for 10mb/s line but average spead is shocking</p> <p>*line is intermittend, so most of the time I have spead of 1.5mb. 5 different technitians have been to my house to try and resolve. Each time I spent 20min on the phone using my airtime becaues the telkom line does not work.</p> <p>Each time they send technictian the line works for half a day and then drops again. last 2 weeks I have not had a dial tone or internet.</p> <p>now they have escalated it but still no contact has been made.</p> <p> </p> <p>for last 6 months I have paid R799 per Month but I have only had internet for about 20% of that time, shocking service!!!</p>
