Worst service provider ever

The worst service provider ever. I have Uncapped home LTE with Telkom and up to two months ago it was working perfectly at the address I am staying at. These days the signal is very bad and when talking to them they promise to log a call but nothing gets sorted out. Telkom is fast to take your money and when you fail to pay they are all over you but when it comes to service delivery they are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. When they see on their system there is an network issue why do they not send technicians out to see if they can remedy the issue. When you go to the stores they try and convince you that you need a bigger package for it to work really? Network issues is network issues and it will not get better unless they upgrade their towers. I tried to cancel to move to another service provider but they give you the run around and expect you to pay extra to cancel. I will not want to cancel if I get what I paid for. Worst ever. If my contract comes up for upgrade I will upgrade myself out of here.
