Worst Service Provider Ever!!!!

The Worst decision l have ever made was taking up a contract with Telkom. The service in branch is is beyond pathetic and the call center is even worse, you call in and are placed on hold for hours on end, then you have to deal with *********** agents that are in serious need of attitude adjustments. if it were possible i would give you guys a -10 star review!!
