Worst Service Provider EVER!!!!!!

I took out a contract last year,2017, November. I signed a contract for uncapped Wifi of R 799 per month. But I'm paying almost R 1200 per month, I would like to know why?!? I even paid a deposit before they installed the router. I haven't received my LIT box either... Can anyone assist me?!?!? Because when I go to our branch, they keep telling me they don't have stock. I wan answers or I'm cancelling my subscription! And I want my money bac****!
