Worst service provider ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Three weeks ago we app**** for Wifi we were phoned and told that our application was succesfull and that our order ( ********** 06A) was escalated to a technician - we were contacted by Telkom and was told that the instalation will happen today 08/02/2018. I was waiting for them because they told me it will take the whole day I phoned 10 minutes ago and was told they resceduled the instalation to the 14th. Nobody contacted me. My son must start his online studies and need the Wifi. Why can they contact you when they sell a product but not when the service must be delivered !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
