worst service provider ever

On the 30th of Sept 17 we app**** for ADSL. We were promised connection within 10 days. We received an sms stating that our line will be installed on the 13th of Oct. After waiting at home the whole entire day, nobody showed. But since then we have been billed. After receiving the first bill we lodged a dispute over the phone. Nothing came of that. We then went into the Telkom store. Only to hear that the customer centre are not answering the phones and we cannot be assisted. Two bills later. Taking a day off work, my husband went back to the store. He then decided to cancel the whole process as we are not getting anywhere. This done, today we received another bill to be deducted end of Jan. AND STILL HAVE NO LINE NO CONNECTION! WE ARE PAYING FOR NOTHING!
