Worst service provider ever

Worst service ever, i have a contract with these people and they keep on deducting on wrong times i've phoned and emailed them but no one can seem to help me after they have broken our contract, i am trying to send back their phone yet still no one can help me, i will never in my life take anything from Telkom again
