WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

Been trying to get hold of Telkom for 2 weeks to cancel a contract and when agents answer they put the call down. They were terrible service providers before lockdown by double and triple debiting, I dont know how they managed to get even worse. Now because I'm unable to cancel the contract I gotta pay the extra months...till I eventually can get hold of them. And I was so relieved to finally be free from the horrible service.
