Worst service provider - Cancelled my sim along with the contract

Telkom is one of the worst service provider in South Africa. Well my contract expired on 16th July and i cancelled my contract and confirmed with the Tele Consultant, please convert my sim card to pre-paid so i can use my outstanding balance and data. And on 17th July, the excellent service provider cancelled my contract and my sim . When i called 180 to re-activate my sim, then answer was "Please go to the Telkom store and ask for SIM swap". What a loyal service from TELKOM. Never buy any contract or service from TELKOM.
