Worst service provider

Spoke to Neo, Phelelani who refused to give me his surname stating its for security measures. Refused to give me his team leaders name and managers name because it's not allowed. Neo and Phelelani both dropped my calls without assisting me.

I've spoken to Minenhle, Thembeka Myeza and Siphamandla Makhanya who have requested I send them. My documents of whivj I did and nothing was resolved. Telkom is absolutely the worst service provider. It's been 4 months and I've had it. I'll be canceling my contract. You're not worth my money.
