Worst service provider and customer care

<p>We've een having issues with our Telkom line for the past few months. We have numerous reference numbers, we went to the shop waited two hours to be helped to get a new modem and still we dont have internet most days.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you call customer care and asks to speak to a manager there never is one available, the "customer care" team yells at you and then throws the phone down in your ears. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would'nt recommend Telkom to anyone!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>They are a terrible team and dont care about us. I wish I never renewed my contract with them</p>
