Worst service provider and communicators!

How disgusting is this network! I missed my payment and paid it after and then after they deducted almost every second day, they put my account in a minus, and yet they continuously deducting. I also noticed that they had not responded to any of these clients complaints which just shows the type of network they are! I called and sent emails and no response. I will not be getting an upgrade from Telkom!
