Worst Service Provider

Telkom must be very proud of being a star company of bad reviews. I have written about them a couple of times. They never even responded with an apology. I have been their client for more than a decade and even regretfully recruited my friends and family. I was in areas updated my accounts but they still suspended my lines and tell me it will take 14 work days to reflect. I want t to know of they send a driver on a bicycle to collect money from my bank? Do they know what an inconvenience it is to my business and personal life? 24 months seem like 24years . Their customer service is atrocious. No wonder they are loosing customers.
