WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

Telkom has given me the worst service ever. Firstly, I have requested for over 2 years for my surname to be corrected. Nothing was done. Secondly, I have been getting calls to upgrade and even after numerous requests that I do not want to upgrade, I still get those calls. The consultants even lie and tell you that a note has been generated on the system and the Team Leaders even back up on that lie. I must say that I would never recommend Telkom to anyone.....
