worst service provider

Worst service provider. I have been complaining for months about the line speed. Telkom has not performed in accordance with the contract. Yet I am expected to pay each month R899 for a product I do not receive. No courtesy of replying to any of my mails. It is almost impossible to discuss the issue with a consultant as you never get through. I have placed Telkom on terms ro resolve the issue by 06 July 2020, failure of which further action will follow!
