Worst service provider

Worst service provider. My account had an outstanding balance due to not receiving Telkom’s invoices, in result they suspended my services. Settled the account last week, now they are not reactivating my account cause of my credit score. I only have a mailbox service which costs me R19 p/month. How short sighted are you Telkom. Their service agent Katlego Williams was very unhelpful and full of attitude to top it off.
