Worst service provider

Worst service , i regret ever being part of the network . Debit order for the month went through but now my account is suspended because they say i went over my credit limit coz i was charged a pro rata fee of R70 and i must pay it . They don’t even send an email to say we will be suspending services . Paid the money and still 2 days no service , third day i call them and am told it will take another 48hours . All the agents you speak to noone says the sake thing , are they even trained . Moving away from this company on any kovable contract i have coz this is the worst network to be on .
