Worst Service Provider

Actually I overrated Telkom only to find out I've been wasting so much money on a very useless network provider. I first I've been receiving notifications each and every 15 seconds because I was out of data or out of voice and I called the customer support who also failed to assist me. I then decided to purchase 3g free me bundles of R200 which I didn't received and all they did they used up my airtime instead and calling them to get clarity on why I'm disconnected from internet they then first apologized for their connectivity issues then later to only tell me that my purchase of 3g didn't go through because of network problems. I'm not happy with the service I get after potting from other service provider to this telkom
