Worst Service Provider

Worst service provider ever. Keep on suspending our mobile account. Have to pay cash to unsuspend the account and they take debit order money which does not refleck on my payment history. Asked many times for payment history to show that we are paying via debit order and cash payments but with no luck. Just suspend the account is better for them, no questions asked. Just fed up with them, terrible customer care, taking over an hour to answer a call without resolving the query.
