Worst service provider

went to buy a new phone on a fixed contract and cancel a month to month contract, the lady canceled that fixed contract and I was billed for canceling a contract. The lady acknowledged her mistake but now my numbers are blocked from making any calls and data is off because they are "investigating". I have 6 telkom contract and all the numbers are blocked, this is so annoying because I can't even call their call centre on this phone. We use these phones for work, now I am not able to call nor use internet. 🚮 Today is my 22 days struggling with Telokom
