Worst Service Provider

I am so sick and tired of continuous messages that I am receiving from Telkom after I went an disconnected my Telkom line 5 years ago when I was about to relocate.Now I constantly receive messages of been handed over.How is our government allowing a company like this to exist in our country when you can barely communicate with anyone. You don't get help telephonically ,via email or any other social interaction.There are so many complaints about this company but nothing is been done, Can another company not take over and provide us with a better service. Why is my account been handed over now after 5 years ? How effective is there accounts department been managed...
