Worst service provider

After paying for my home landline on 02 02 18 at cresta telkom,my line was suspended, I've been to cresta 3 times and tried phoning all departments, also reported a fault,hoping to get help, two technicians Been and promised to help with no successes .I'm now without a line i've paid for for over a month. All departments tell me to try another, they are completely *********** and don't care attitudes. telkom must be the worst service provider
