Worst service provider

I previously complaint about telkom and their bad service and all they say is they will look into the matter. I logged a call 454CRK210915 in september 2015 which is still not resolved but recently received a sms that it was resolved.they are all about talking and no action. One wonders how is it that they still in business and cant even get hold of a senior at telkom. Maybe what Mtn has been fined should apply to them
