Worst Service Provider (***0)

<p>I bought the Telkom Wifi router on contract in February 2016 and to date it has not worked. I've logged countless queries with thier call centres and nothing has been done. I've also requested on several ocassion to speak to either a manager or the floor supervisor to escalate my issue, I was told they are too busy to attent to my issue and they will call me back. No one has ever called me back for 7 months. During this 7 months months they have deducted a monthly subscription for a srevice they haven't provided. This has been the worst service i've ever recived from a network service provider and this a really hard to beat. Anyone thinking of getting any Telkom products should think twice.</p>
