WORST SERVICE PROVIDED EVER

I never in my life had such bad service from any service provider in my life. I have been trying to get in contact with Telkom for the past 2 weeks now and with all my luck I got hold of the agent at the call centre. I was looking to get a new fibre / wifi deal as I'm already a Client of Telkom for the past 5 Years. Meanwhile I was held on the line for almost 25 min to get all my details and new info and to check the fibre coverage in my area. After all was done only so that the agent told met that Telkom would not be able to help me with any packages because the Credit Berau didn't approve my account. What the Hell.. I've been a Client for the past 5 years why can't they approve me. Then I contacted the today and only for the to tell met that I will be charge a penalty charge of R802.00 and my additional monthly charges for a SIM only. They are by far the worst service provider ever, or I actually can't complain about any service if there aren't any!!!
