Worst service on planet earth - Multiply by a trillion

My business number is suspended for unknown reasons, but I have a debit order set up with Telkom. Went to the V&A store in Cape Town, got no help. Called the business line, no help. Out of all my interactions with any business in the world, this is by far the worst service on planet earth. If you thought the ANC was a joke, take that thought, multiply it by 1 trillion, then you will know what I am referring to!
