Worst service of my life

I had a contract with them, based on my contract my data usage will be capped. To my dissatisfaction I enquired about the account, and request to cancel my contract but they didn't. I've been following up with them for the past 2 years and nothing happened. Just yesterday I got an SMS saying my acc was handed over to their Attorneys and should pay R4056 before I get blacklisted. They never resolved my issue or even contact me and suddenly I need to pay for their error and bad service.
