Worst service of a life time

Soo where do I start with you guys, I have skipped a payment, where I evantually paid in full after 2 weeks the I was debited short from telkom where then I had to pay the rest in witch I did then at month end you overdibited me and cutt off my line, witch I don't understand then I get told after 7 to 14 working days it will be sorted still nothing you must still refund me and activate my line and you stil said after debit date it will be fix or maybe now I am without a working line no body helps me at al
