Worst service, nobody helps you

Nobody at the faults dept is able to help. They keep on telling you that they are working from home and don't have supervisors or team leaders to escalate customer complaints. I have been phoning since Sunday regarding not being able to connect on my adsl. I get the same story everyday that the technicians are working on it. 6 days later and still not sorted out. They can't even give you an alternative number to call. This is the worst service ever.
