Worst service I've ever experienced

This is honestly the worst service I've received in ever. I cannot even put In Words how disappointed I am. I've been a telkom user for so many years. They installed Fibre and broke my roof. They upgrade my cellphone and don't deliver. Customer care is utterly useless. I've spent all of my airtime in three days trying to figure out why I haven't received my devices, accessories, and why no one has vo twcted me about my complaint. I keep getting referred to different departments each with less answers. I'm tired of fighting with people. Honestly.
