Worst service I've ever experienced

Utterly pathetic service from Telkom as usual. Our coverage has been down for the past week and the only response we get is "We are working on the line".

There is no resolution date or even a timeframe on when this will be rectified.

After 6 years with Telkom one would expect better service but no.

At the point where I am seriously considering switching service providers.

And to top it off we pay monthly subscriptions when we have not even had any service for this month as yet, extremely poor service
