Worst service I’ve been experiencing

So my account has been suspended even though i made manual payment on the 24/08/2022. Every agent i speak to says they will escalate this matter for me i should send them proof of payment which ive been doing since monday till today the 31st no joy at all. I am still being told to forward proof of payment and it will be escalated
