worst service, *********** stuff by telkom, i would not recommend anyone to consider them.

Telkom service is so mediocre

my cellphone which i took via their contract is currently suspended although Telkom debited my account on the 13th December 2019 for the month November and December. when i phone them to ask why my account has been suspended even though i made a payment , i am being told by their consultants they cant see my payment on their end thus they cannot provide me with any help.

I have a dysfunctional phone with me and i cannot get the services i paid for. this is very frustrating i tried to ask her if sending her proof of payment will assist to which she said no as long as she does not see my payment on her end. :-(
