Worst service, ***********!!!

<p>I app**** for a landline with the intent on getting dsl and internet with an ISP in March 2017. Openserve came and installed the line and converted it to dsl. Everything seemed fine, dsl was syncing, but could not get the internet on, did a guest account test, it also did not authenticate to the exchange. Logged 6 faults, just to get a call from telkom saying that it must be an equipment fault on my end, baught a new router, still the same problem. Tested my router with my username and password at my father in laws house and it connected. </p> <p>In May 2017 telkom phoned and said the fixed something and the internet came on, just two days later the problem came back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cant explain how irritating this is and how much of a hate I built up for telkom!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
