WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD

Dear TELKOM

I submitted a request for a additional amount that was charged on my contract *** .. service log :***4

I check my recent statement and the very same amount and another addtional amount is charged to my account - What the HELL IS happenig with this additional amount that are added each month to my account.

This is the worlds WORST SERVICE AND COMPANY of all time

Evertime i deal with TELKOM there is always a billing or fault error.

To-date no one has contacted me to try and rectify the problem ... if there is even someone working there - please call me so this can be rectified.

DISAPPOINTED is not even how i feel anymore... can mmy contract just end with this company so i can move on
