Worst service in the world

To date.. I requested for a senior person to contact me back due to a double debit on my account..this was April..I'm waiting a month later..nothing !

I dont know what to do anymore... I will just have to take my complaint further as nothing is being done.

April,I called in advising I'm being double debited.. which I was told this will not happen again.. What happens today.. open my statement another double debit for end May

Telkom is useless.. I never want to deal with this company again !!

No use complaining on here.. they dont even respond..that's how useless they are !
